day three of luke’s adventuristing toronto brexperience:
luke and elaha woke up at like 9, came upstairs and basically jumped on me so i guess i was awake after that.
we went back downstairs so bre could sleep and rest up for her performance, but i guess we ended up keeping gabby awake instead.
sorry gabby xoxo.
we had some weird conversations and came up with some awful hypothetical situations that would never happen in real life. you know, standard morning conversation.
eventually we all ended up upstairs discussing what bre would be like if she decided to adopt an african child.
basically she’d be the worst mother ever.
i had to go to church, but i was not about to do that in my awful slutty shirt, so i switched shirts with luke.
it was awful. it was too big and sweaty.
i felt like a frail and dying gross person.
we decided to switch personas while switching clothes and that was funny.
elaha took luke back to my place, but it turned out i didn’t even have to go to church, so halfway there i turned around and went home.
i wanted a shower and change of clothes too.
we watched bre perform at dundas square and then we all had lunch with nicole. we were all spacy and recovering from the past two nights.
bre wanted to find a plain black hat so we went shopping with her to no avail. apparently it’s super hard to find a decently priced plain black hat in this city.
we went home so luke could pack but we ended up taking a nap instead. i kind of just laid down and listen to him talk about ideas he has for novels and stories and stuff (ideas about anything, really. he’s a thinker).
we left half an hour before his train was set to depart and we were too worried he’d miss it.
it was weird saying bye to him. it’s like, i knew i’d miss him, but i also knew i’d be seeing him in a couple of weeks and be living with him next year (if we ever find an apartment).
but even knowing all that, i already miss him a little bit 🙁
