today was an incredible day, in quiet, subtle ways.

i mean, it started with a huge puddle in our bathroom because our upstairs neighbour’s toilet is dumb, but that was sorted soon enough.

laura asked if i wanted to get ice cream, so nellie and i met up with her and the rest of the crowd at wusky’s place.

we got our ice cream and went to parc la fontaine and it was absolutely gorgeous. the sun was shining and conversation was flowing and everyone just seemed so content.

good vibes all around.

when it was time to part ways, joffjoff, nellie and i decided to get some early dinner at one of joffjoff’s new favourite restaurants (taverne urbaine or something along those lines) and it was perfect.

and then i went to joffjoff’s to do some laundry.

we watched paranormal activity 4 (not as scary as i’d hoped, and the ending was overhyped), and then laura and marcello came over to watch the new episode of game of thrones, which was amazing.

the weather was gorgeous all day and night.

it’s starting to feel like summer and i’m loving it.
